These aren't Star Trek aliens. They probably don't have a humanoid form or want to interact with humanity. I would guess we are like one person in a busy city. It's a cold reaction to us but it's not hostile. I would guess if there were a civilization that finally introduced itself to us, the citizens would be less than interested.

Things would go on with the billions or trillions or other aliens who might already know each other. I don't know if they do for sure, but if we're introduced to an alien race who knows other alien races, I feel this would be the correct reaction towards us.

Actually the alien photo on the right wasnt the sketch, the actual sketch drew by the "abductees" looked way more similar to the left image (even had actual eyes that were smallish and near the nose). Unfortunately I dont have the image that they drew so you have to take my word for it. Although in my opinion, the grey alien looks cooler than the weirdo with a big brain and small eyes.
I dont believe that aleister summoned anything (why the fuck would some extradimensional being even care about primates having sex, that's something rich girls and retarded old politicians believe), just that the couple perhaps saw his painting and had a hallucination in which they saw one of their memories, which would be the painting.
