crypto is a meme, real investors invest in real things like real companies. i highly recommend you get into index funds with vanguard. it's basically passive hands-off investment that selects only the best of the best in the S&P 500 as opposed to an actively managed mutual fund that charges more for commission and other bullshit fees

Also, at the risk of sounding like a normalfag boomer, the only consistent way to have enough money to invest is to be frugal and to have a good career.

Could anyone fill me in on how to get a broker and invest? Can I buy and sell stocks without having to make an account online? I'd sooner do it by phone and get statements in the mail.

I'm a retard when it comes to these things but there's a few companies I'd like to invest a little bit of money into.

I've had success with crypto so far. Not astronomical success but already got back the initial investment. I owned bitcoins back when they were $1 each in 2011, but spent most them on weed and psychedelics from Silk Road. Lost all the rest when Mtgox exploded.

I'm invested in stocks in a Roth account. Over the years with losses and gains I've barely beaten the market, but never obsessed over it.

Just started my journey with Binance.

Bought mostly BNB and a little of ADA.

It's jumping from 3% to 8% profit so far.

Just gonna hold until I learn what to actually do since I know nothing atm besides buy on red lmfao

this one here bought about 900 bucks worth of bitcoin in the summer of 2017, it was around 6k during christmas but I waited until january and got out at 3k. Sometimes I think about going in again but in this country you have to pay taxes for every little thing and I don't want to deal with that so I started accumulating gold instead.
Completely tax free and away from them evil banks too. Granted there won't be getting rich of them next week but so far I barely need any money. Let's just hope there is a gold crisis in 30 years and I can retire early.
